De-Mays Nursery and Primary School was founded by Alex Yadi and Mary Yadi in January 1995 to fill the yearning gap of quality education in the community.
The college started in September 2006 at the primary premises Plot 13, Ori-Okuta road and moved to its permanent site at 6, Osewa Street, Ori-Okuta in September 2009.
From a humble beginning, the school has attained an enviable height in academics, sporting and social spheres.
At De-Mays schools, we do not compromise standard, as only the best is good enough. Our workforce is made up professional who are well motivated to achieve their goals.
Our motto, 'In God we Trust' has been a driving force, while the passion for excellence has been our motivation. We have laid a solid Foundation on the eternal Rock of Ages and together we will reach for the sky.
We started like a mustard seed which gradually grew into a majestic oak. At De-Mays School we strongly believe in the ancient landmark of Godly principles and rectitude, even within a morally decadent society and world at large. While we keep abreast of modern day technology and happenings, our foremost ethos is to entrench in our children moral integrity and the confidence to run the race of LIFE in truth and in deed wherever they go.
